The Maxi-Clean® Screen is designed for applications where durability, performance and economy are of great importance. These filters are constructed of heavy-gauge steel which is fusion epoxy lined with 3M Scotchkote® 134 to providing excellent environmental protection ensuring a long useful life. Simple installation and operation make this filter ideal for use in primary or secondary applications. The Maxi-Clean® Screen features a strong filter cartridge of non corrosive PVC with polypropylene screen mesh available in 40, 80, 100, 150, and 200 mesh sizes. The oversized cartridge provides maximum filtration, minimal cleaning and a low pressure of only 2 PSI at maximum rated flow. Fusion Powder Coated UV stabilized polyester exterior coating.

Outstanding performance and Easy Operation

The Maxi-Clean® was designed and tested for high performance contamination removal. This filter will stop dirt, sand, silt or other inorganic contaminants effectively. The filter can be fitted with a flushing valve for removal of accumulated debris. For manual cleaning the lid assembly is removed without tools for cartridge removal and cleaning. For larger systems, up to 5400 GPM, Maxi-Clean®. Screens are manifolded together. These systems are easily installed with grooved couplings and manifolds which are provided as part of the filter package. Maxi-Clean® Screens are available for grooved coupling installation or flanged if required.
